Monday 25th December : Day 33

3-6 . I never had a chance . There is no substitute for good, old fashioned ability . She is faster , stronger and just better . If we were computers her processor would be twice the speed of mine . I truly am the ZX Spectrum of tennis.

James Brown passed away today . When you spend your while life shouting 'I feel good' thats going to take some people by surprise . RIP JB.

Monday 4th December: Day 32

A fun evening at the Tennis Writers Association Dinner tonight with the Thomos . A lot of famous players there , some good speeches, some bad speeches and excellent food. I can't resist a Charity auction at the best of times,and now I'm facing the prospect of two hours on court with Brad Gilbert . Time to hit the gym, I think.
